Great News!!
I just checked in with my dad to find out how his day has gone since I left 10 am this morning. He informed me that he was in the chair for 5 hours!! Whoohoo! This is huge progress! His day consisted of breakfast, grooming, shower, PT, hair cut, lunch, OT, back to room to watch TV & read the newspaper. Earlier, I thought he looked the best he has since the accident. I have said that numerous time and each time it is the truth. He really is getting better!
I am so happy I can hardly contain myself!!
WONDERFUL news Kay. I miss seeing him each week. I think it was my way of making sure he was doing well and getting better. You noticed a change even seeing him every day. Thanks for posting. I am happy too as I am sure all his friends and family are. It is so good of you keep us up to date on his progress.
