I talked to my brother last night and he had the proceedure done on his knees and all went well. He said he seemed to have turned a corner the last couple of days and his legs are much stronger. He even walked yesterday without the walker or cane. It wasn't far but this is very good news. He's planning on going home on Friday for good. He is anxious to be on his own.
He has lots of plans. His first stop will be the grocery store. He is confident that he will be able to get around the house on his own. He'll join Wildwood for exercise. He is planning to enjoy the life he had before the accident. Amazing!
I cannont believe what he has accomplished in a little over six months. I think we all see his determination and strength. I am so proud of him and what he has done.
Janet,

Wonderful news! I'm sure it's been a hard road to travel-just a little further until he is 100 percent!
